We do offer three different hosting plans, from basic to pro, all of our plans provide 100% customer support, and 98% up-time. Our plans start at $10.00/month.
Web hosting is available through several different companies, all basically offering the same things just at different prices. The important things to look for when picking a company to use for hosting your website are; 1. Do they guarantee up-time above 90%? 2. Do they offer complete support? 3. Are they a full service provider? 4. Do they charge more then $10.00/month for their basic service? You will find companies that offer basic web hosting services for more than 20$ a month and at the basic you do not get the complete tech support. I always encourage my customers to allow us to host their sites, only because it then give us the ability to better manage their sites and we are able to provide quicker support.
Technical Support & Maintenance
Along with our support services we include a maintenance service. Because things might change or need updated, we provide a service that will allow us to help you maintain your site as your company grows. Whether it is content changes or adding new pages to the site our maintenance service cover it all.
Problems are bound to come up, and things are bound to happen, so providing quality technical support is something that we take very seriously. Most of our clients use their website for business purposes which makes it a necessity for them to have quick and easy access to a support team. Technical support covers anything from websites crashing to, little things breaking and needing to be fixed.
